CLARA STUEBLİ USER AGREEMENT

1. Parties
This agreement is between the visitor (“User”) using the Clara Stuebli website and Clara Stuebli (“Platform”). By accessing the site, you accept this agreement.

2. User Account and Information
The information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. You must not share your account with others. The Platform reserves the right to take action in case of account misuse.

3. Site Usage
The User may not share illegal or harmful content on the site. The site must be used safely and for proper purposes.

4. Intellectual Property
Site content, images, and software belong to Cafe Brownie Plus. They may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Liability
Cafe Brownie Plus does not guarantee the accuracy or continuous availability of the site content. The User is responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the site.

6. Privacy
User information will be processed in accordance with the Cafe Brownie Plus Privacy Policy. Data will not be shared with third parties without permission.

7. Termination of Agreement
The User may close their account at any time. The Platform may suspend users who violate the agreement without prior notice.

8. Disputes
In disputes arising from this agreement, the courts at the headquarters of Cafe Brownie Plus shall have jurisdiction.
